Phnom Penh – Uno 26

We have been invited by Romdoul Development to design the interiors of their upcoming development, UNO 26. UNO 26 is located in the heart of Phnom Penh, it is 18 stories high, with a total of 70 units.

Here we are showcasing our design abilities by offering different design concepts, ranging from Modern Chinese Oriental to Classic Victorian. Not just residential, we also proved that we are able to design a vibrant co-working office space.

Bukit Batok West

Monochromatic colour scheme with splash of colours not only adds visual interests to the spaces, it is also ever changing. By changing out soft furnishing, this young couple will be able to give the space a new fresh look when they want.

Elements of luxury was achieved  with gold & brass inlays and fixtures.

Serangoon Central

Home to a young couple, the focus was to design something timeless.

Louver design makes concealing kitchen entrance easy. Concealed door creates a bigger sense of space in the living room. Also preventing smell from entering the living room.

Knowing half the couple loves to cook, extra space was to given to the kitchen. Light wood was used for bottom cabinet to contrast with the dark floor tiles, brightening the kitchen. Grey top cabinet was used to visually connect the space.

Edelweiss Park @ Flora Road

The unit is glorified by the amount of space and serenity of the area. Bright and clean was the brief for this beautiful 4-room condominium with a touch of Scandinavian style. An additional storage space was added in the master bedroom, which was allowed due to the luxury of space. Instead of a typical Scandinavian approach, the designer opted to use small touches of different materials, colors, and texture to bring out a distinctive sense to the home and yet stay true to the concept.

Anchorage @ Alexandra Road

The east side of this beautiful condo is blessed with large area of open scenery which allows for opportunities to have multiple balconies. It was decided that three important spaces will enjoy the view and sunlight; Namely the Living Room, Master Bedroom and Common Bedroom, which came with clever space planning of the internal walls. Dressed in Modern English style, the designer opted for a simple palette of mainly white and neutral colors, with careful play of materials and beading, the unit is transformed into a sanctuary which speaks luxury and sophistication.
