With almost no works put into renovation, the small apartment received a huge make over. With flexibility in mind, every piece of furniture & accessories was specially curated to create a cozy home for the young couple.
We have been invited by Romdoul Development to design the interiors of their upcoming development, UNO 26. UNO 26 is located in the heart of Phnom Penh, it is 18 stories high, with a total of 70 units.
Here we are showcasing our design abilities by offering different design concepts, ranging from Modern Chinese Oriental to Classic Victorian. Not just residential, we also proved that we are able to design a vibrant co-working office space.
Monochromatic colour scheme with splash of colours not only adds visual interests to the spaces, it is also ever changing. By changing out soft furnishing, this young couple will be able to give the space a new fresh look when they want.
Elements of luxury was achieved with gold & brass inlays and fixtures.
The unit is glorified by the amount of space and serenity of the area. Bright and clean was the brief for this beautiful 4-room condominium with a touch of Scandinavian style. An additional storage space was added in the master bedroom, which was allowed due to the luxury of space. Instead of a typical Scandinavian approach, the designer opted to use small touches of different materials, colors, and texture to bring out a distinctive sense to the home and yet stay true to the concept.

The east side of this beautiful condo is blessed with large area of open scenery which allows for opportunities to have multiple balconies. It was decided that three important spaces will enjoy the view and sunlight; Namely the Living Room, Master Bedroom and Common Bedroom, which came with clever space planning of the internal walls. Dressed in Modern English style, the designer opted for a simple palette of mainly white and neutral colors, with careful play of materials and beading, the unit is transformed into a sanctuary which speaks luxury and sophistication.

A family of 5 reside in this large unit near the expressway, this resulted in unobstructed view on one side of the house; of which its beauty was emphasized by the balcony. White Scandinavian was the theme chosen, with a speckle of contrast to bring something different to the table. To break the general color scheme of white and light wood texture, details were added into the space to bring out its exclusivity; Peranakan tiles were used on the kitchen floor, marble patterned tiles were used for the kitchen back splash, and hexagonal shaped tiles were used in specific areas to break from the usual straight tiles. Other than that certain spaces and fixtures were deigned and built to simulate a ‘cat’s playground’ for the family feline. Each individual rooms hold its own identity while staying true to the overall theme, expressing harmonious living through design.
